When processing medical parts and accessories in batches and on a large scale, it is necessary to always pay attention to the accuracy of the processing. What issues should be noted to ensure the accuracy of batch processing of parts?
1、 If the precision of batch processing of medical parts and accessories is relatively poor, it is usually because the dynamic error of feed between the shafts is not adjusted properly during installation and commissioning. After wear and tear, the Shaft-driven bicycle drive chains of the machine tool have changed greatly, which can be solved by readjusting and modifying the gap compensation method;
When the dynamic tracking error is too large and causes an alarm, several key points can be checked:
1. Is the speed of the servo motor too high;
2. Whether the corresponding servo drive device is normal;
3. Whether the components for position detection are in good condition;
4. Whether the corresponding analog output latch and gain Potentiometer are in good condition;
5. Check if the position feedback cable connection plug-in is in good contact;
2、 The machining accuracy caused by overshoot during machine tool movement is not good, which may be due to the short acceleration or deceleration time and the ability to appropriately verify the time of speed changes in the factory; It is also possible that the connection between the servo motor and the screw is loose or has poor rigidity, which can appropriately reduce the gain of the position loop;
3、 The roundness of the two axis linkage is too poor
1. The oblique ellipse error should first be checked for the size of the position deviation value of each axis. If the deviation is too large, the position ring gain can be adjusted to eliminate it. Then, we can check whether the interface board of the rotary transformer or induction synchronizer is properly adjusted, and then check whether the mechanical transmission pair clearance is too large and whether the clearance compensation is appropriate;
2. The axial deformation of the element may be caused by mechanical adjustment, poor positioning accuracy of the shaft, or improper compensation of the screw clearance, which can lead to roundness errors when exceeding the limit.
