Laser equipment components emit continuous light, intermittent light, unstable or uncontrolled current?

The main reasons for problems with laser equipment components are incorrect selection of laser equipment component types, motherboard, wiring board, power supply or control wire connections, and cooling water circulation system failures.
The laser equipment parts mainly include the common parts on the laser machine, such as laser, laser tube, laser power supply, laser head, laser control system, laser Motor system, laser lens, etc. When laser accessories are working, the laser emitting diode is first aimed at the target to emit laser pulses.
After being reflected by the target, the laser scatters in all directions. Part of the scattered light returns to the sensor receiver, which is received by the optical system and imaged on the Avalanche photodiode. Avalanche photodiode is an optical sensor with internal amplification function, so it can detect extremely weak optical signals and convert them into corresponding electrical signals.
Exclusion method:
1. In parameter settings, check if the laser type is correct, as it is the main cause of continuous emission faults. Laser accessories mainly include commonly used components on the laser machine, such as laser, laser tube, laser power supply, laser head, laser control system, laser Motor system, laser lens, etc.
2. Pull the signal wire between the laser power supply and the control board card to see if there is any looseness or unreliable connection.
3. Unplug the signal wire on the power supply and press the laser power button to analyze whether it is a power supply or motherboard fault.
4. If the ignition is normal, it indicates that the power supply is not faulty. If the ignition is not normal, it indicates that there is a problem with the power supply. 5. When the power supply is normal, connect the signal wire and use a multimeter (purpose: to measure voltage, current, and resistance) to measure the switch control pin on the wiring terminal. If it does not light up, the normal voltage is above 4V, and if it is below 3V, the board output is abnormal; When emitting light, the voltage of this pin should be below 2 volts, and output above 2.5 volts is not normal.
6. Check whether the water circulation is normal, whether the water flow is intermittent, and whether there are problems with water protection.
